非移民转移吗签证？
我本人曾经在美国工作过，也见过许多朋友因为各种原因想拿到绿卡。所以这个问题我可以说一下自己的看法。 在美国工作的非移民身份有H1B和OPT两种，两者都可以申请绿卡，但是H1B要比OPT的程序复杂一些，下面我就来分别介绍一下这两种方法
第一种办法就是通过雇主申请绿卡， 这种途径又分为以下三种情况： 第一种情况就是由雇主进行I-140（职业移民第二步骤）的申请。如果申请成功的话就可以等排期到了之后拿永久绿卡了； 第二种方法是等待EB5投资移民的签证，这个我就不多说了. 第三种方法就是申请L1 visa(跨国经理或高管签证)然后通过这个途径拿永久绿卡 L1 is for intenational managers or executives who want to live and work in the United States under a special nonimmigrant visa category. For your employer's part， an L1 petition must be filed with USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services)， showing that you have been employed by and are currently working for a foreign company， which has been doing business for at least one year before your application was submitted. The same company also has to own or operate an office of their own somewhere else abroad． This means they need to maintain both a physical place of operation AND some form of accounting records. It doesn't matter where this outside location happens to be as long as it exists independently from US operations. Once approved， your employer can file Form I-129S for you and pay its $360 fee. You will then receive an approval notice， along with an immigrant visa number. When you enter the United State on an L1 visa， you get adjustment status right away. To adjust to permanent residence， you simply wait until there isn’t any backlog and submit Form I-485 once you enter in USA legally.
第二种就是通过亲属关系去申请， 这个主要指的就是通过配偶或者子女申请，具体是走F1还是C1要看你的具体情况
第三种就是在美国境内通过自谋职业的方式进行申请， 这需要申请人有一个不错的大学学士学位，并且持有有效的美国绿卡或者是公民身份，对于年龄没有特别的要求，而且还可以带家属一起去申请。
