德国工作签证如何体检？
在申请德国的长期（超过 90 天）签证时，申请人需要提交一份健康证明书（Gesundheitszeugnis）。这份证明必须由德国官方认可的体检机构出具。这些机构有：
1. Arbeitsamt/Jobcenter (jobs-departments) – for people getting work visa， residence permit or other visas and permits to stay in Germany with a job agreement
2. AllgemeineVerwaltung für Gesundheit und Soziales mbH (AVGS)， an all those local health authorities， which are responsible for the city districts of big towns; small cities have their own health office. For example AVGS Berlin is located at：

Bundesdruckerei (printing house)， which has several offices around Germany：URL The price will be about €40 per person here if you order online on their website； but please check your local printing houses as they may charge higher prices due to high labor costs. What kind of testing do we need？
You must get tested once within every two years before applying for any German work， student or immigration visa.
The following items should always be included：
* Your full name， date of birth and gender
* A clear photograph measuring approximately 3x4 cm taken no earlier than six months previously
* Results of blood grouping plus antigens and antibodies for ABO and Rh systems， HLA system， and CCP enzyme System(which exists only in certain ethnicities)
